Delivered by Slick Pivot, trainers Liz Ward and Henry Sandbach, this programme is a result of years of working with 100’s of people managers and seeing the commonalities and issues they face when having conversations about challenging topics such as behaviours, relationships, performance and other workplace issues.

Meet Your Trainers

Liz Ward

 

Liz has been a coach, consultant, facilitator, and trainer for over 10 years. She is a coach trainer at MOE Foundation and a recognised NLP Master Practitioner. Liz has a BA Hons in Marketing Management, is an Executive Coach and is a certified Positive Intelligence Coach.

 

Before coaching, Liz spent 12 years leading agencies and teams for some of the world’s best-known brands, including O2,Bacardi and London 2012.

 

Henry Sandbach

Henry is a facilitator, People Consultant and Associate at Slick Pivot. Henry is a qualified HBDI facilitator and spent over 15 years in People roles. He built his career as a People (HR) leader in consumer and corporate businesses such as Estee Lauder Co, Barclays and Dr Martens, where having high-performing teams of great people was the key to business success.
