Leadership coaching is a professional development process where a trained coach partners one-on-one with a leader (or aspiring leader) to enhance their skills, self-awareness, and effectiveness. Instead of giving direct advice like a consultant, a coach uses insightful questions, feedback, and exercises to help the individual clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and unlock their potential. Slick Pivot coaching sessions typically involve honest dialogue about current challenges and future objectives, with the coach providing a confidential sounding board and guiding the leader to find their own best solutions. Over time, this process builds the leader’s confidence and capacity to lead more effectively, making coaching a powerful tool for growth. For more information on individual coaching, click here.
Leadership coaching can yield significant benefits for your career and personal growth. According to research, over 80% of people who receive coaching report increased self-confidence, and more than 70% see improvements in their work performance, relationships, and communication skills. A Slick Pivot coach helps you set clear goals and take actionable steps towards them, which can lead to better decision-making and more effective leadership. Professionals who undergo coaching often become more self-aware and adaptable, enabling them to contribute more effectively to their teams and organisations. In short, coaching can accelerate your development by providing structured support, accountability, and personalised strategies to help you reach your full potential.
Even highly skilled founders and CEOs benefit from coaching because leadership at the top can be uniquely challenging. At Slick Pivot a coach serves as a thinking partner and sounding board, offering guidance and listening ears in a role where honest feedback can be hard to come by. For entrepreneurs scaling a company, coaching can help navigate the transition from a scrappy startup to a more structured, “grown-up” operation. It can also combat the isolation many founders feel, by providing support in making tough decisions under pressure. Ultimately, a coach helps leaders sharpen their vision, improve their leadership skills, and avoid burnout – which not only benefits the individual leader, but also their team and business growth in the long run.
Stepping into a new leadership role – whether you’ve been promoted or are leading a team for the first time – often comes with a steep learning curve and feelings of overwhelm. Coaching provides tailored support during this transition. A coach can help a new leader build confidence, clarify their vision for the role, and develop key leadership skills like effective communication and team management. For example, through coaching, you might learn how to lead meetings, deliver feedback, or handle conflicts more effectively. Coaching also offers a safe space to discuss any self-doubt or “impostor syndrome” and to get objective feedback. By working with a Slick Pivot coach, new leaders (including those who may feel they are “getting in their own way” can accelerate their growth and hit the ground running with greater clarity and courage.
Coaching is a highly versatile development tool that can help with a wide range of professional and personal challenges and goals. Here are some common areas where coaching is effective:
* Career advancement or transition: Defining your career path, pursuing a promotion, or pivoting to a new field. Coaches help you set a strategy and stay accountable in executing your next move.
* Leadership skills: Improving skills like decision-making, delegation, conflict resolution, and team leadership. For example, coaching can improve how you run meetings, give feedback, or manage difficult conversations.
* Confidence and mindset: Overcoming self-limiting beliefs and building self-confidence. Many clients learn techniques to “pivot” out of fear and overwhelm, leading to increased self-trust and resilience.
* Work-life balance and stress: Managing burnout, setting boundaries, and integrating work with personal life. A coach can help you create habits to prevent overwork and maintain well-being while still achieving goals.
* Navigating change: Adapting to new roles, organisational changes, or uncertain environments. Coaching prepares you to be nimble and “get good at change,” turning challenges into growth opportunities.
These are just a few examples. Essentially, if there’s a professional or leadership challenge you’re facing or a growth goal you want to reach, coaching provides a structured approach to help you identify solutions and take action.
Coaching is distinct from mentoring, therapy, and consulting in its approach and focus. Unlike a mentor, who is usually an experienced professional offering advice and guidance in a specific industry, a coach doesn’t need to be in your field and doesn’t simply tell you what to do. Instead, coaching is a collaborative process of self-discovery – the coach asks powerful questions to help you unlock your own insights and solutions. Therapy typically delves into past issues and emotional healing, whereas coaching focuses on the present and future, setting goals, creating outcomes, and managing personal change. Coaches work with generally healthy individuals and aim to maximise performance rather than treat psychological conditions. Consulting involves an expert who is hired to diagnose problems and deliver answers or strategies, but a coach facilitates your thinking process instead of handing you a ready-made solution. In short, a coach partners with you to facilitate growth, rather than directing you or healing you, making it a unique partnership focused on unlocking your potential.
Coaching is not just a remedial tool for problems – it’s equally valuable for high-performers who want to further excel or reach new heights. In fact, many successful executives, entrepreneurs, and athletes use coaches to continuously develop themselves. Coaching can help you leverage your strengths, refine your leadership style, and achieve ambitious goals even when you’re already doing well. As one coaching expert puts it, “you do not have to be ill to get better”. High-achievers often find that coaching provides the accountability and outside perspective needed to stretch from good to great. Whether you’re facing a crisis or you’re already thriving, a coach meets you where you are and helps elevate your performance and personal growth.
Yes – confidentiality is a cornerstone of professional coaching. Reputable coaches follow ethical guidelines (such as those of the International Coaching Federation) that require keeping client discussions private. This means you should feel secure knowing that your coach will not disclose your conversations or personal information without your consent. A confidential environment is what enables trust and openness in coaching; it lets you discuss sensitive challenges or ambitions honestly, without fear of judgment or workplace repercussions. Do keep in mind that while the coaching relationship itself is private, it is not protected by legal privilege in the way therapy is – but a professional coach will always respect your privacy as a critical part of the coaching agreements at Slick Pivot.
The duration of a coaching engagement can vary based on your goals and the type of program. In many cases, meaningful personal or leadership change isn’t an overnight process – real, lasting change often takes place over a few months or more. It’s common for coaching programs to span anywhere from around 3 months up to 6 or 12 months for deeper transformations. For example, some structured coaching programs might involve weekly or biweekly sessions over a 6-month period. That said, you may start seeing initial insights or improvements even in the first few sessions, especially if you’re tackling a specific short-term goal. The key is consistency: regular sessions (often an hour a week) and practice between sessions help reinforce learning. While coaching can produce some quick wins, it’s generally not a one-off quick fix – it’s a journey of development, and many clients continue with periodic coaching long-term to sustain and build on their progress.
Most individuals and companies we work with at Slick Pivot find that coaching pays for itself in improved performance and results. Various studies indicate a strong return on investment (ROI) for coaching. For instance, 86% of companies reported that they recouped their investment in coaching and even gained more in terms of value. The benefits often include higher productivity, better employee engagement, and improved leadership effectiveness, which can translate to tangible business outcomes. On a personal level, benefits like career advancement, salary growth, or achieving key goals can offer a clear ROI. Beyond financial returns, coaching can significantly improve confidence, job satisfaction, and overall quality of life – outcomes that are hard to put a price on. In short, while coaching is a financial and time investment, the potential returns in growth and performance make it a worthwhile consideration for many, especially when you’re serious about reaching the next level of success.
Choosing the right coach is important – the partnership should be a good fit for your needs and style. Here are a few tips to guide you:
* Check credentials and experience: All Slick Pivot coaches have formal training or certifications (for example, an ICF credential) and experience in the area you want to develop. Having a recognised coaching certification signals that a coach has the necessary skills and follows professional standards. Also consider their track record – a coach who has successfully helped others in similar roles or industries might understand your context well.
* Assess their coaching style: Slick Pivot offers an initial consultation or “discovery call” – take advantage of this to gauge chemistry and communication style. In that conversation, you can ask how they would handle your goals and see if their approach resonates with you. You’ll want someone who listens actively and asks insightful questions, not just someone who talks about themselves.
* Alignment and trust: Ultimately, choose a coach you feel comfortable with and trust. A good coach should make you feel heard and challenged in a constructive way. Pay attention to your gut feeling during initial interactions. If you feel a rapport and sense of confidence in their ability to guide you, that’s a great sign.
By considering these factors – qualifications, experience, style, and personal fit – you can select a coach who is well-suited to help you grow.
Slick Pivot is a leadership coaching company founded on the belief that *everyone has the potential to “pivot” toward more happiness and growth*. Through personalised coaching programs, Slick Pivot has helped hundreds of individuals (and teams) unlock that potential and create positive change in their careers and lives. In practice, that means we provide one-on-one coaching for professionals – from ambitious entrepreneurs to corporate executives – using our unique PIVOT coaching methodology (a blend of strategic, practical, and personal development techniques). We focus on building clients’ confidence and adaptability so they can lead with intention rather than on auto-pilot. In short, Slick Pivot’s mission is to empower leaders and organisations to “Get Good At Change™,” equipping you with the tools to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving world.
We work with a range of clients, primarily founders, senior leaders and their teams, many in the marketing and communications industries. This includes startup founders and entrepreneurs, leadership teams at growing companies or agencies, as well as established executives in larger enterprises and PLC's. We also have programs dedicated to specific groups – for example, *women in leadership positions* (through our Project Rise program) – and we coach rising leaders who are new to senior roles. Many of our clients come from the marketing and communications industry (as our Founder and Head Coach Liz Ward has deep expertise there), but our coaching is not limited to one sector. Overall, if you are an ambitious professional from director-level up to C-suite (or on your way there), or a team looking to improve leadership capabilities, Slick Pivot has experience helping people like you achieve success.
Slick Pivot offers a variety of coaching programs and services tailored to different needs. Our core offerings include:
* Project Rise: A six-month leadership coaching program for female leaders to grow in courage and transform how they lead and inspire others. This signature program blends one-on-one coaching with small-group training sessions (virtual) to accelerate personal and professional growth.
* Career Pivot: A 3–6 month career coaching program designed to help those feeling "lost, stuck or frustrated" in their current career to dream up their next move and make it happen. Using our PIVOT method, we guide clients through understanding their patterns and passions, brainstorming new career directions, and then taking action toward a bold career change.
* Personal Coaching: A holistic one-on-one coaching engagement (typically 3–12 months) focused on the “whole person” – helping you clarify your life vision, values, and personal goals. This is ideal for anyone ready to create meaningful changes in their life or work. Sessions dig into whatever areas you want to improve (career, relationships, well-being, etc.), and help “unstick” anything holding you back from more happiness and growth.
* Founder Coaching: Bespoke coaching for startup founders and business owners. Led by our founder (Liz) who has a background in startups and marketing, this service is like having a trusted thought partner as you scale your business. It combines strategic guidance with personal development, addressing challenges like building company culture, making tough decisions, and managing the personal demands of leadership.
* Team and Organisational Coaching: We also work with organisations to develop their people. This can include executive coaching for leadership teams, group workshops or trainings, and programs to shift leadership behaviours across a team or department. We assemble “Your People People” – our network of Slick Pivot associate coaches and trainers – to deliver custom solutions that help improve team dynamics, culture, and performance at scale.
* Pivot Back. Our latest initiative designed for individuals returning to work after parental leave
Whether you’re an individual seeking growth or a company investing in leadership development, Slick Pivot likely has a service to meet your needs. We often start with a consultation to determine the best coaching package or program for each client.
Project Rise™ is our flagship coaching program specifically created for female leaders. It’s a six-month program designed to help women in leadership “Rise up” in their careers without sacrificing their well-being. The program is delivered virtually and includes a powerful mix of personalised one-on-one coaching sessions and small-group training over Zoom. Project Rise was born from over 8 years of coaching 300+ women and observing the common challenges they face as they advance in their careers. The curriculum focuses on deep personal transformation – building a confident leadership mindset, mastering coaching skills to empower others, and developing the mental agility to prioritise what really matters. Participants also work on a live leadership project during the program, applying what they learn to a real initiative that can “move the needle” in their business. In short, Project Rise is an intensive growth experience aimed at helping brilliant female managers make the leap to outstanding leaders, with greater courage, clarity, and impact in their roles.
“Get Good At Change™” is Slick Pivot’s motto and philosophy. It reflects our belief that the ability to adapt and *pivot* in the face of uncertainty is a critical skill for growth and happiness in today’s fast-paced world. To “get good at change” means developing the mindset and tools to handle transitions, challenges, and opportunities with confidence rather than fear. In our coaching, we emphasise agility and resilience – helping clients become more nimble in their thinking and actions so they can navigate curveballs quickly. It’s about training yourself (and your team) to embrace change as a constant and even thrive on it, instead of being thrown off by it. By getting good at change, leaders can lead intentionally and responsively, which is key to long-term success in business and life.
Career Pivot is Slick Pivot’s career coaching program aimed at professionals who are seeking a change or fresh direction in their career. It runs for about 3 to 6 months with weekly coaching sessions. If you’re feeling *stuck, lost or frustrated* in your current job or industry, this program helps you find clarity on what to do next and actually make that pivot. We use our proprietary P.I.V.O.T. method to guide you through the process: first, we explore your Patterns, Preferences, Passions, and Pains – basically, we look at what energizes you and what drains you in your work and life. From that deep self-reflection, we move into dreaming and ideation: envisioning bold new possibilities for your career. Finally, the coaching provides the “kick up the bum” (accountability and encouragement) to execute your plan and turn the idea into reality. Career Pivot is ideal if you know you need a change – whether that’s a new role, a new company, or even starting a business – but you need help figuring out what that change looks like and how to navigate it successfully.
Our Personal Coaching offering is one-on-one holistic coaching that centres on you – both as a professional and as a whole person. It’s for individuals who may not have one specific career goal right now, but rather want to work on their overall life vision, personal development, and happiness.
These coaching engagements are typically 3 to 12 months long, depending on your needs. In Personal Coaching, your coach will help you uncover your vision for your life and career, clarify your core values, and set both personal and professional goals. Sessions are highly personalised: you might work on anything from improving your work-life balance or confidence, to making a major life decision, to building healthier habits – essentially, “the person you are and the person you are becoming” is our focus. A key part of this coaching is identifying and "unsticking the stuck stuff" in your mindset or situation that may be holding back your happiness or growth. With your coach as a supportive partner (and occasional gentle challenger), you’ll make gradual pivots – or sometimes big bold changes – to create the life and work that truly light you up.
Founder coaching is a specialised coaching service we provide for startup founders and entrepreneurs, recognising the unique challenges they face. At Slick Pivot, founder coaching is more than standard executive coaching – in many ways, your coach acts as a “thought-partner” in your business journey. Our founder coaching (often led by Liz Ward, our founder/CEO) combines the introspective side of coaching with real-world strategic insights. Liz herself has experience as a startup Managing Director and a marketing leader for global brands, so she understands firsthand what it takes to grow a business and a team. In coaching sessions, we won’t just ask questions; we also provide guidance or frameworks when needed. Topics can range from leadership skills (like hiring, delegating, and creating a company culture) to navigating investor relationships or scaling processes.
A big focus is helping founders make the transition from the “scrappy startup” phase to a more structured, scalable operation without losing agility. Founder coaching also offers a confidential space to vent and problem-solve – it’s well known that “it’s lonely at the top,” and having a dedicated coach who actively listens can be a huge relief. In short, Slick Pivot’s founder coaching helps entrepreneurs refine their leadership, make better decisions at pace, and maintain their sanity and vision while driving growth.
Yes. In addition to coaching individuals, Slick Pivot works with organizations to improve their leadership and team dynamics. We offer bespoke programs for companies – ranging from startups and agencies to global corporations – to bring about positive changes across entire teams or departments. This can take several forms. For example, we might provide one-on-one coaching for multiple members of a senior leadership team, or run group coaching sessions and workshops for a department undergoing change. We also have Slick Associates, our pool of vetted coaching associates, trainers, and consultants who can be deployed to meet an organization’s specific needs (such as running leadership development seminars, return-to-work coaching, or culture-building workshops). Essentially, we tailor our approach to each organization’s goals – whether it’s to develop high-potential employees, foster better collaboration and communication, or build a resilient culture that embraces change. If you’re an HR or team leader looking to elevate your people, Slick Pivot can partner with you to create a program that delivers measurable results at the team or organisational level.
The P.I.V.O.T. method is Slick Pivot’s unique coaching framework. We developed this methodology to systematically guide clients through making a successful change (or “pivot”) in their career or leadership approach. Each letter in P.I.V.O.T. corresponds to a phase or focus area in the coaching process. For example, one aspect is examining your “Patterns, Preferences, Passions, and Pains,” which helps you gain deep self-awareness as a foundation for change. From there, the method moves you into Ideation (dreaming and brainstorming new possibilities) and then Visualisation/Visioning of your goals. Next comes Ownership – taking ownership of the plan and committing to action – and finally Transformation, where you implement changes and iterate as needed. (The exact breakdown of each step is tailored to you; it’s a flexible framework rather than a rigid formula.) In practice, our coaches use the P.I.V.O.T. method to ensure coaching isn’t just talk – it’s a structured journey: Pause and reflect, Imagine new paths, set a Vision, Own your actions, and ultimately Transform. This method blends introspection with practical strategy, helping clients not only decide what pivot to make, but also how to make it successfully.
A Pivot Clarity Session is a free 1-hour introductory coaching session that we offer to prospective clients. Think of it as a discovery call, but with coaching value. In this session, you’ll get to experience what it’s like to be coached by Slick Pivot and see if it’s a good fit for you. We often say finding the right coach is like finding the right pair of jeans – you’ve got to try them on! So, during the clarity session, you will typically discuss your current challenges, goals, and “stuck” points with one of our coaches. They will ask some thought-provoking questions or even do a short coaching exercise to help you gain initial insights. You also have the chance to ask questions about our approach or programs. By the end of the hour, you should have more clarity on what you want to achieve and how coaching could help – plus, we’ll mutually determine the next step, whether that’s recommending a specific coaching program, a bespoke plan, or sometimes suggesting an alternative if we feel we’re not the best fit. There’s no obligation beyond the one session, but many people find this taste of coaching incredibly useful and inspiring.
Slick Pivot was founded by Liz Ward, who is our Head Coach, and we have a team of associate coaches (the “Slick Associates”) as well. Liz is an Accredited Professional Coach with the Association for Coaching (AOC) and a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, with a background as an NLP Practitioner and marketing expert. She started Slick Pivot in 2016 and has since coached hundreds of leaders, specializing in areas like leadership development, entrepreneurship, confidence-building, career pivoting, and mental fitness. Our Slick Associates™ are a diverse group of hand-picked coaches and trainers who share our core values. They each bring specialised expertise – for instance, we have coaches with backgrounds in executive leadership, mental well-being, HR, and more. All our coaches are professionally trained (many hold certifications and accreditation in coaching) and have substantial real-world experience. One thing you’ll find common across our team is a passion for empowering people and a commitment to ongoing learning. When you work with Slick Pivot, you might be coached directly by Liz or by one of our associates, depending on your needs – but in all cases, you’ll be in the hands of a qualified coach dedicated to helping you succeed.
Slick Pivot’s approach stands out for being strategic, nimble, and highly personalised. We don’t do one-size-fits-all coaching – we tailor our methods to each client’s specific goals and situation, ensuring the guidance you get aligns with your needs. Our coaching blends *practical tools and frameworks (for example, we provide concrete leadership frameworks for meetings, feedback, decision-making, etc.) with deep personal development work (such as mindset shifts, confidence-building, and even techniques drawn from neuroscience and positive psychology). Another unique element is our focus on building confidence and self-trust in our clients. We believe that truly effective leadership comes from authenticity and self-belief, so we work with you to deconstruct limiting beliefs and overcome mental barriers that might be holding you back. We also integrate mental fitness into our coaching – our founder is a Positive Intelligence coach, and we bring in exercises to strengthen your mental resilience and emotional intelligence. Finally, we pride ourselves on being results-oriented: coaching with Slick Pivot is very actionable (expect homework and experiments between sessions) and we help you measure progress so you can “see how far you’ve come” over time. Clients often tell us our style is motivating and “nimble” – we adapt quickly as your needs evolve, ensuring you’re always moving forward effectively.
Our clients have reported transformative results in both their professional and personal lives after coaching with us. Many have achieved tangible career milestones – such as promotions, successfully pivoting to new careers or business growth – as well as improvements in their leadership capabilities and team performance. The feedback we cherish most is when clients tell us how coaching has profoundly affected their confidence and overall outlook. For example, one leader described Project Rise as “without doubt, the best learning experience of my life”. Another client noted that the coaching had a “positive impact on my whole life – not only my career and team, but my marriage, my parenting and my relationship with myself.” Such testimonials highlight that the benefits often extend beyond work: people feel more balanced, decisive, and fulfilled personally as well. On the organizational side, teams we’ve coached have seen better collaboration and higher engagement. Of course, every client’s journey is unique, and results depend on one’s effort and context – but overall, Slick Pivot’s impact is evident in the lasting changes our clients experience: greater success at work and greater happiness in life. Our coaching for individuals is primarily conducted online (virtually), which allows us to work with clients across different locations. In fact, programs like Project Rise are delivered entirely via Zoom for both one-on-one sessions and group sessions. This virtual format provides flexibility – you can be coached from the comfort of your home or office, without needing to travel. Slick Pivot is based in London, England and Leeds, Yorkshire and while we love to meet people in person when possible (for example, team workshops, running live workshops or the annual retreat in the Yorkshire Dales), the day-to-day coaching is usually via video call or phone. This means we can and do coach clients internationally. We’ve worked with people not just in the UK but in the US, Middle East and Hong Kong, scheduling sessions across time zones when needed. If you prefer an in-person session and happen to be in the London area, that could sometimes be arranged, but the vast majority of our clients find the online coaching experience just as effective – with the bonus of convenience.
Slick Pivot is headquartered in Yorkshire, England, and we have a London presence (our office is in Great Portland Street). The good news is that you absolutely do not need to be in the UK to work with us. Thanks to our virtual coaching model, we coach clients from all over. Whether you’re in the US, Europe, Asia, or anywhere with an internet connection, we can schedule sessions via Zoom or phone. Our coaches are accustomed to working across time zones and will do our best to accommodate scheduling that fits your life. So, while our roots are in the UK, our reach is global. If you’re interested in Slick Pivot’s services, don’t hesitate to get in touch regardless of where you are – chances are we can make it work.
Yes, in addition to our paid coaching services, we provide free resources to support and inspire our community. One popular resource is “Slick Pivot Sunday,” our weekly motivation email memo that delivers tips and inspiration to help you Get Good At Change in your own life. It’s free to subscribe and arrives every Sunday with bite-sized coaching insights, mindset hacks, or practical tools you can apply. We also have The Slick Pivot Sessions podcast, hosted by Liz Ward. This podcast features honest conversations and interviews with people who have made bold career and life pivots, sharing their stories of transformation (it even hit the Top 20 of UK business podcasts). You can listen to past episodes on platforms like Apple Podcasts and Spotify. Additionally, keep an eye on our website’s Resources or Blog section (and our LinkedIn/Instagram) – we occasionally publish articles, success stories, and announcements of events or webinars. These free offerings are a great way to get insights and get to know our approach, whether or not you’re ready for coaching.
Slick Pivot’s coaching is applicable across industries, but we do have particular expertise with certain audiences. Our founder’s background in marketing and digital industries means we have a deep understanding of the marketing, communications, and creative sectors in particular. Many of our clients are marketing and comms leaders or work in fast-paced creative businesses, and they find value in our familiarity with those fields. That said, our coaching principles (building strong leadership habits, navigating change, etc.) are not limited to one industry. We’ve worked with tech startup founders, corporate executives in finance, non-profit leaders, and more – from small business owners to teams at global companies. The common thread is less about the industry and more about the mindset: our clients are ambitious, forward-thinking individuals who want to grow. We tailor our approach to each person’s context. If understanding your specific industry lingo or challenges is important, we likely have a coach on our team who has relevant experience (for example, among our associate coaches we have backgrounds ranging from corporate finance to the arts). In summary, while we have a strong track record with marketing and communications professionals, Slick Pivot is by no means industry-exclusive – we specialise in helping people in leadership positions, regardless of sector, to thrive and lead authentically.
In a typical Slick Pivot coaching session, you can expect a focused, supportive conversation that is all about you and your goals. Sessions usually last about 60 minutes. At the start, your coach will check in on your progress and what’s top of mind – you might update them on actions you took since the last session or a new challenge that’s come up. From there, you’ll work together on whatever topic will move you forward most. Our coaching style is both reflective and action-oriented. Your coach will ask thought-provoking questions that make you pause and gain new insights, and may lead you through exercises or frameworks to deepen your thinking. (For example, we might use a values clarification exercise, a role-playing scenario, or a prioritization matrix – depending on what’s relevant.) We often incorporate techniques from neuroscience and positive psychology, too – helping you recognize mental habits or “saboteurs” and learn to shift to a more productive mindset. You’ll also receive honest feedback or observations from the coach to help you see blind spots. By the end of each session, you and your coach will typically agree on some action steps or experiments to try before the next meeting, ensuring that insight turns into real-world progress. Overall, clients describe our sessions as engaging and even surprisingly fun – it’s a space to “unscramble your thoughts” and emerge with clarity on your next move, feeling both challenged and supported. Over time, these sessions build on each other, and you’ll likely notice yourself growing more confident, resilient, and intentional in how you lead and make decisions.
